After completing my first year of my Master's degree in Interaction Design at Umeå Institute of Design, I am now currently doing one year internship before proceeding to my second year of my Master’s in autumn 2019. I have a Bachelor degree in product design, and before that I studied sketching, art and craftsmanship.
My passion is user-centered research processes in social contexts, cognitive, emotional and physical aspects of human behavior as well as building early prototypes to explore human reactions and actions. The combination of physical and digital interactions is something that I find complementary to each other and a way to create and improve the user experience. I am curious in how people can interact with a product, or with each other through a product depending on the situation, time or environment, and what role technology can play under specific circumstances. I believe in having a close collaboration between the designer and the user. In tandem we can explore and create solutions for the globalized society of today, and for the future.
